What to Expect

Once you have filled out either the online or in-person training application you can expect the following:

  • Fill out application form

    • Once the form is received look for an email to schedule a complimentary consultation. 

    • You may also email rachael@sparkfit.org to set up a consultation.

  • SparkFit Coach App Download

    • Email invitation to SparkFit’s free custom training application.

    • All online and in-person consultations will be scheduled in the training app.

    • Level of access to the app will be dependent on training services selected.

  • Free Video (or In-Person) Consultation

    • Collect information of over 50 data points to understand your unique needs, challenges, motivations and goals.

    • This helps me to lay the foundation for the most efficient and effective program possible to help you achieve your goals.

  • Selecting Training Services

    • Once you have purchased your training service(s), you will receive an email confirmation with expected start/access of your programs.

    • Expected turnaround time is approx.  one week.

    • I know this is a big investment and it can be tough physically and emotionally – that’s why I’m here. To be with you on every step of your health journey.

Online Coaching

Location: Online! Workout from wherever you choose.

Requirements: The minimum equipment needed is three sets of dumbbells (weight will vary per person) — Light (5-8lbs), Medium (10-12lbs), Large (15-20lbs). Other suggested items include yoga mat, resistance bands, balance disk. We will discuss your exact equipment access during the intake consultation.

Time: Will vary person to person. The goal is to figure out what your current schedule will allow and work within those allotments. Minimum of three - 30 minute sessions per week — these can be broken into smaller chunks!

Membership Options/Pricing:

*Silver Membership is either a fitness program or a nutrition plan. Not both.


In-Person Training

Location: In-person training will take place at XX Gym in XX, CA.

Options: Private (1 person), Semi-Private (2 people), Small Group (max 4 people.)

Requirements: Workout attire, gyms shoes, water bottle, sweat towel.

Time: All in-person sessions are 60 minutes long which include a brief warm-up and cool-down. But an additional 5 minutes for each is recommended.

Pricing: 60 min sessions

  • $110 - Single Session

  • $100/session - Pack of 8= $800

  • $90/session - Pack of 16 =$1440

    All packages are lump sum pricing; payment is due at the first training session and expire 6 months after purchase.  For example, the 8-session package is $120 per session or $960 for the training package. The bigger the package, the less expensive it is per session. 

    Packages also come with free access to the SparkFit Training app with additional workouts, nutrition guidelines, and more!

At-Home Training

Location: Los Angeles area, which includes Venice, Santa Monica, Malibu, Pacific Palisades, Marina Del Rey, Century City, Culver City, Mar Vista, Palms, Malibu, the Hollywood area, downtown Los Angeles, Bel Air, and Beverly Hills.

Options: Private (1 person), Semi-Private (2 people), Small Group (max 4 people.)

Requirements: Workout space or area, access to an apt or home gym. I provide some dumbbells, kettlebells, boxing gloves/mitt, and a few other various items — enough to get a great workout in.

Time: All in-person sessions are 60 minutes long which include a brief warm-up and cool-down. But an additional 5 minutes for each is recommended.

Pricing: $130 per hour up to $225 per hour. The rates for In-Home training sessions will vary depending upon your location; the commute time is included in the price. Packages negotiable.
