Lacrosse Season coming Up!

Do you want to increase speed, and agility? Are you hoping increase shot power or better body defense? Do you want to take your game to the next level? Look no further!!

 Now is the best time to put in some extra work and focus into your sport prior to the upcoming season! SparkFit Lacrosse Training will focus on improving individual’s athleticism and getting them ready to play the best lacrosse possible. Training will include conditioning, speed, agility, and stick skills along with off field training. Off field training includes mental preparedness, grit and determination, which are just as important abilities to build.

 Offering Private, Small Group and Team options

Training can be done: 

-Individually in 45 minute or 60 minute sessions 

-Small Groups of 4-6 for 60 minutes.

- Team - Captain Practices, Strength & Conditioning, Field Drill

-Training Program - 16 Week workout program including pre and post workout stretches and recovery. Sports Nutrition may also be included.
