  • 2. Get Set Up in the SparkFit App – Receive access and set up your program through our coaching platform.

  • 3. Choose Your Coaching Style – Custom programming, nutrition guidance, mindset tools—all tailored to your life.

  • 4. Show Up Consistently – We work together to track progress, celebrate wins, and adjust as needed.

  • 5. What I Expect - Honesty, openness, and your effort. I’ll handle the rest.

2. Online Coaching

Location: Wherever you are

Equipment Needed: 3 sets of dumbbells + basic props (yoga mat, bands, etc.)

Time Investment: 3× 30-min sessions per week, broken into smaller chunks if needed

Why It Works: Personalized workouts, flexible scheduling, app-based check-ins, and accountability

3. In-Person Training (Phoenix – South Mountain)

Format: Private, Semi-private (2 people), Small Group (max 4)

Session Length: 30 or 60 minutes + brief warm-up/cool-down

Pricing Examples:

  • 60 min: $90 single / $85 per session in 8-pack / $75 in 16-pack

  • 30 min: $55 single / $50 per session in 8-pack / $45 in 16-pack

    What You’ll Get: Real-time coaching, technique correction, group motivation

4. At-Home Services (Phoenix & Nearby)

Format: Private, Semi-private, Small Group

Session Length: Typically 60 minutes (includes warm-up + cool-down)

Equipment & Space: I bring key equipment—dumbbells, kettlebells, gloves, etc.—all you need is space

Pricing: $100–$125/hr (commute factored in; packages available)
