My name is Rachael Jane, and I’m the founder of SparkFit. Since 2016, my mission has been to guide and empower individuals through small, sustainable lifestyle changes that develop into lasting, healthy habits. This is accomplished through my holistic approach to coaching, rooted in the belief that our health is an interconnection of mind, body and soul. With each of my clients, I am dedicated to providing the tools, knowledge, and support to transform their life, feel their best, and achieve their goals. 

I truly believe that health is mind, body, and soul, and that’s the methodology behind my holistic coaching of exercise, nutrition, and mindset.  I am dedicated to giving you the tools, knowledge, and confidence to transform your life and feel your best.

My approach to coaching is personalized and compassionate

I believe that every individual is unique, and there’s no one-size-fits-all solution to health & wellness. So if you travel frequently, are busy with kids/work/pets, prefer to workout at home…you name it, I will meet you where you’re at, and develop a plan that works for YOU. 

Further, my programs go beyond addressing the physical aspects of health, and dive into other elements of daily life that can affect your wellness, such as sleep quality, stress management, and self exploration. 

Whether you’re looking to lose weight, improve fitness levels, adopt healthier habits, or simply increase mobility, I’ll be there to support and guide you every step of the way to reaching your goals.

Components of Holistic Training:

  • Holistic nutrition takes into account an individual's unique needs, lifestyle, and environment to create a personalized approach to eating. It emphasizes whole, unprocessed foods that are nutrient-dense and minimally altered, such as fresh fruits and vegetables, whole grains, lean proteins, and healthy fats.

  • Holistic exercise ii takes into account an individual's unique needs, lifestyle, and environment to create a personalized approach to fitness. The priority is create balance and symmetry through the body and by creating movement patterns for optimal function.

  • There will be times when our bodies’ will need more assistance in their processes and this is when we to supplements. Holistic supplements are dietary supplements that use natural, whole food ingredients to support the body's overall health and well-being.

  • Sleep is vital to our overall health. Focusing on increasing quality of sleep through healthy night time routines can significantly improve our overall health and life longevity.

  • Stress is inevitable. Some forms of it can even be beneficial when they incites an adaptation response. Too much stress can lead to significant decrease in health and lead to disease. It is important to build stress coping mechanisms and to address any repeating controllable stressors.

  • Our brain’s control our bodies and our thoughts control our reality. Healing our relationship to execise and nutrition could be the single-greatest practice for long term health and wellness. When we approach change out of love and positivity, there will be lasting results and your nervous system will thank you!

  • Conscious breathing generally describes the act of developing a soft awareness of your breath as it moves in and out of your body. This practice can help you achieve a state of calm and presence so you can engage more deeply with life. It also is necessary to develop proper breathing technique during weight lifting.

  • Spending time connecting to, developing, and understanding yourself. This can be done through creative exploration, hobby development, and playtime.
