Lacrosse Training

Owner and Founder of SparkFit Health & Fitness, Rachael Goers, has been playing and coaching lacrosse for over 15 years. Rachael’s accolades include national level playing in high school, competitive college club lacrosse, USC’s Lacrosse Club head coach and in 2016 she was invited to tryout for the professional United Women’s Lacrosse League in Philadelphia, PA. Goers is also the current Head Coach for the University of Minnesota Gopher's Lacrosse team. Along with her elite playing experience and coaching, Rachael is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and has years of experience in exercise program and nutrition design.

SparkFit Lacrosse currently trains out of the Higher Power Training in Eden Prairie. This facility has indoor turf, nets, weights, cardio and space to move. It’s a perfect place to work on your lacrosse game with an experienced and passionate coach.

One on One Training

One on one lacrosse training is the best and most efficient way to improve your individual game. It allows us to customize each workout to strengthen weak skills and improve aspects of lacrosse to make you a more dynamic athlete. One on One sessions are offered in 45 and 60 minute sessions and can be purchased in single session, packages or at a monthly rate.

Small group training

Small group training allows athletes to work and grow together through development of skills and team dynamics. Working with other athletes provides inspiration and friendly competition to challenge and help each other excel. They are offered in 60 minute sessions with 2-4 athletes.
