Our Classes are designed for MAXIMUM calorie burn in the shortest amount of time. We want to get you fit, get you healthy, challenge your mind, challenge your body, and most importantly MAKE FITNESS FUN!
 The Exercises:  SparkFit group class is a combination of strength, cardio, muscle endurance, flexibility, core, and functional movement patterns. You get EVERYTHING you need!

– Time Efficient Training. Our classes are 60 minutes in length and incorporate a full body workout from warm-up to cool down and everything else in-between!

– The After Burn! We use a scientifically proven exercise formula known as E.P.O.C. to increase your metabolism up to 12-16 hours after your workout! That’s right; burn fat for HOURS after your workout!

– Positive Energy: Our classes are about a team environment where both your trainers and fellow members of the SparkFit Gang motivate and challenge you to reach your highest potential!

– Family: Make new friends and become a part the SparkFit Gang! Everyone supports each other and has fun while becoming healthier and happier in the process!

GROUP CLASS SCHEDULE

MONDAY: 6:00am-7:00am

TUESDAY: 12:00pm-1:00pm  &  7:00pm-8:00pm

WEDNESDAY: 6:00am-7:00am & 7:00pm-8:00pm

THURSDAY: 12:00pm-1:00pm  &  7:00pm-8:00pm

FRIDAY: 6:00am-7:00am & 12:00pm-1:00pm

SATURDAY: 12:00pm-1:00pm.

Make sure to wear comfortable workout attire and bring a small towel and water bottle, if you'd like. There are restrooms (no showers) and a water fountain on site.
